Using WORK89 during the pilot means you understand that features may change and occasional faults may occur. Your feedback helps improve the platform; it does not remove anyone’s responsibility to assess a person, location, task and agreement safely.
- Never pay merely to apply for work.
- Confirm the task, rate, location and payment method before starting.
- Keep exact addresses private until both sides are comfortable.
- Use Safety & reports for suspicious, abusive or dangerous activity.
- Use Pilot feedback for errors, confusion and improvement ideas.
- Do not upload identity documents outside the private Verification Centre.
